Author: Carroll Smith
Published: July 1979 by Motorbooks Intl
Description: The art and science of race car development and tuning.

Since there aren't any reviews for this yet, I'll post my initial thoughts and those of others that have read this book. Carroll is a former driver and race team owner. He approaches topics from a very common sense approach and lets you know his personal feelings on various setups, etc. The book so far is more to the point than others that I have read. He states some theory, and then tells you exactly what to do to your car under varying conditions. Many people have touted this book (and the others in the series from Carroll Smith) as being by far the best books on the subject. A definate "must have" for the racing enthusiast.
