Running a 93 Mustang without A/C or Smog, just powersteering.

anyone running this too? what belt part number did you use?

everything is stock from the 93. I don't have the pulley size with me...

I ran something similar before going to the Explorer serpentine. I can look tomorrow when I get home and see if I can find the belt number I used.

not to alter the direction of my own thread....

What is the advantage of the Explorer serpentine setup?

Will that bolt directly to my 93 Mustang 5.0 setup?

Run a rope around all the pulleys in the route the belt will take. Measure length of rope used. Be sure to pull it tight and you might need to subtract a little bit. It took me a couple of iterations before I got the right size. Would have been better if I had just bought a few sizes the first time instead of going back and forth to the parts store. The tensioner should allow you to be off by a little.

shorter, and allows more clearance between the radiator and fan
