Run a rope around all the pulleys in the route the belt will take. Measure length of rope used. Be sure to pull it tight and you might need to subtract a little bit. It took me a couple of iterations before I got the right size. Would have been better if I had just bought a few sizes the first time instead of going back and forth to the parts store. The tensioner should allow you to be off by a little.
