1310 u-joint in a 1330 CV

I remember a talk a while ago of someone taking a 1330 CV and loading it with 1310 parts to get a greater angle out of it.
I am not seeing how that would work, and want more details.

For the most part there is no gain unless you need to adapt a yoke and driveshaft the main cross part is the same. Its only the caps and overall width that are really different.

Wow, old thread!
So that's what we did back then, I ran one and it worked. Our sport has changed now and now you can buy high angle 1350 cv parts that don't seem as hack.
