my engine block has e7te casting on it...so an 1987 block, with roller cam!

I install a new 50oz balancer and just order and got a 50 oz flywheel...after looking at the old flywheel it seems the old one is a 28 oz has a C5 something casting...

i would hate to have to tear the oil pan off to check what the hell the crank is...is there any way of telling what balance the crank is...could the PO have just put the old EB stuff on a new motor?? would it still run with 28 oz?
