Frame wire-clip removal

How do you remove these clips from the frame-rail without breaking them? They hold the original wiring harness against the frame. How do they actually work? does the top slip down? Also...does anyone make new ones?

might want to try twisting the center. i usually zizz wheel them off and use adel clamps instead.

Yeah...may just get rid of them. Hey Nick...what is an "adel clamp" and what does it look like? Got a pic?
