never heard of a 34? You can always cut the hell out of your fenders and quarters and probably clear them with a 2" lift, or even a 1" lift.

Normally you would want suspension and body at 3.5" for 33" and 5.5" for 35" tires.

I ran 10.50 X 34 X 16s for a while with no suspension lift and a 2" body lift.

I needed 1-1/4 wheel spacers to have a good tight turning radius without hitting the radius arm.

I have been told (and it looked like they would) they fit without any lift and without a whole lot of cutting.

Are you going with the bias ply Super Swamper.I'm thinking of trying their Trxus tire in the 34 x 12.50 x 15 with a 1" body,2 1/2" spring lift and cutouts.I don't know of any other 34" tires.
