sorry, here's the obvious answer. pick a place on the orignal mount (the center of the hole is a good place and measure 11.25 inches and make another hole with the center 11.25 inches from the previous hole center.
But you know what? It doesn't have to be the hole, you can use the leading edge of the radius arm bracket or the rear edge, just pick a damn reference spot and measure 11.25 inches back and mount the new bracket (or old cut off one) with same reference spot 11.25 inches back.
How hard is that?
