what is the difference in distance from the ground between the front and rear frame horns on a bronco? any will do, but the closer to stock is better (i.e. top, near full fuel, bumpers, etc.)
the reason: i am trying to mock up my rear spring hangers (stretching the rear end) and i am trying to keep the movement as level as possible. i measured mine w/o tank, hard top, bumpers, trans or tranny and came up with a 2.5" difference (with the back being higher) with wheels on the ground. i now have the truck on jack stands w/ the axles pulled and the front and rear frame horns are the same height. w/ a level on the side rail of the bed, it shows it being tail high.
