I did it even easier, splice and hose barb the the filler air vent breather tube thingy. Piece o cake.
Here's how I made it:
2 small piece of 1/2 copper pipe soldered to a T with 3/8 Female NPT port.
3/8 hose barb screwed into the female port.
A few hose clamps.
Done
There's probably a simpler way to do it (fitting wise) but I happened to have those in my plumbing droor in the garage.
Kyle, another good solution.
Looks like I need a return and vent on my tank so I'll probably have to do one in the overflow, and one in the filler.
If you have a vented gas cap, you shouldn't have to worry about a venting system
You are correct about the cap, and is not sufficient for an EFI system. I have drilled a very small hole in a cap before, but that always me with fumes being so close to people potentially. I think to vent it more hidden would be better.
Nope, mine runs flawlessly and doesn't make any noise when I pop the cap.
