I just installed '80's style door jam switches in my '76. I now have dash courtisy lights and the some light comes on with hte door open. Sweet!

My question is how to wire in a "lights on with the door(s) open buzzer.
Anyone have a diagram??
Thanks

man that would be a nice tech article. Having just jumped in my 74 and the battery was dead, due to me leaving the lights on.

the buzzer could be wired in parellel with the lights.

depending on the current required by the buzzer and the rating on the door switch a relay may be needed, but probally not.

I use my alarm for the dome light and it has a timer to shut off the light after a few minutes like a newer trucks.
