Here's my attempt at some rockers / skis.

I wanted something with the OEM rocker look but a little beefier.
Got the idea from Steve here on the forum AWS. Thanks for the pics Steve.
The guy that was going to bend the metal for me couldn't so I had to cut & weld myself.

Since I only used 1/8" plate I needed a little bracing on the inside. I'll also weld on the OEM rocker top to gain the look a bit more of the original look.

I'm thinking of also adding the rounded nerf bar. What do you think. Yes or no ?

Would you change anything with this set up ?
Thinking of cutting them in line with the flare.

I think they look great. I like your idea of cutting them in line with the fender flares but I would skip the nerf bars. (that's just personal preference though.) :)

Nice, I have to say that's alot of work just for the rockers but it sure looks tough..

Square tube did it for me...

That looks pretty sweet! I like the look of the nerf bars personally. How close do these new rockers come to the front tires? They look pretty close. The reason I ask is we knew we would be running bigger tires when we made mine and feared the tire might get into the rocker. Doubtful, but it made me move my cut line back anyway.

I like it. I am in agreement with others about adding the nerf bar.

They have yet to be cut down.

Just finishing the welds and will put on the front fenders this week to see where I need to cut them for length.

Need to get some nerf's bent to see how that looks but I think I'll go that direction.

Thanks all for the comments.

Does it just tie into the body or do you have anything connnecting it to the frame?

I like how it follow the body line. Good job!

The gussetts inside ar e good idea since its only 1/8"...I would consider adding a few more, as well....just to get as much beef as possible. All the pics look really nice though.

They will be welded to the body plus tied into the frame at a couple of spots.

I have not measured yet to see if it is possible to tie it all in with the cage or not.

I like em". I was gonna build something like one of these below but went with the Hansons.

I like the larger tubing on these below. I like square tubing for rocker and round for nerf.
