I'm in the process of installing my new 1 ton Custom Fab steering and had a few questions. What is the torque spec for tie rod ends? Is there anything special should I know regarding install? It seems pretty straight forward. I have the old all stripped out and I need to ream the pitman and knuckles. Then bolt it in and get an alignment, Right?

I don't know what the torque specs are, I just go until they are real tight. Be careful when reaming that you don't over ream. If the hole is too deep the end will seat too far into the taper and you won't have enough clamping force to get the nut tight. Go a little at a time and test fit.
