Adding An Electric Fan Instead Of Stock Fan.
I Added An Extended Shroud After A 2" Lift And The Fan Got In The Shroud And The New Aluminum Radiator . Ouch.
So Im Going Electric Fan

Any Advice Or Know How?

It takes a VERY good fan to cool a Bronco. Those fans that can do it take a lot of amps. 99% of the aftermarket fans have huge CFM ratings that don't mean anything. There are a few aftermarket fans (Spal high performance series) that can do it. Some factory fans work good too. Probably the most famous is one off a Taraus.

Going electric will take high loads on the alternator, so that will need upgrading along with the matching wiring. Very good relays are needed as the initial spike amp draws can be almost as much as a small starter motor.

I have tried electric, twice. Failed both times. Though it would be OK, but so far nothing has moved the air that a mechanical fan can do and the mechanical has done it for much less money.
