Personally I would consider buying a new housing. Not knowing how you use or what your bronco has been thru, if the ends need to be replaced there be other damage. Most new ends are around $75 then labor to remove existing and weld on the new ones you are half to three quarters of the way to the price for a new housing.

ends

yea ends are $75-$90 , but a housing (new) is way higer than getting the ends put on , alot of dirt trackers have to redo their housing ends very often
even going through Mosier axles its only $215 for ends and labor , and a new housing is atleast 2times thats, so if i cant find a local shop to do the work ill just mail it off, any other ideas?

If your having to redo a housing then why not at least do a better stronger web type housing out of like a 76-79 bronco or f-150. do it right if your going to spend the money anyways... dont even mess with the old banjo type housing...measure, cut it square, weld new ends on, done. it's not that tuff, DIY!!!
