Getting body in shape

Here is what i've been working on. I used a can of the mar-hyde paint stripper(the one in the spay can) and was happy with the results(was not expecting the spay can can to work that well). It took most of the paint off and then i finished it off with a flapper disc on the angle grinder. The plan is to get a large area stripped to the metal, replace and repair damaged metal, then cover with POR-good primer-seam sealer-in that order-right?
What should I do where the top quarter is spotted to the taillight corner? I've dug out most of the old seam sealer and can see rust down in there. I thought about cutting the spots so i could get to it or just clean it as best as poss and try to get POR down in the seam. I'm not sure how well the sand blaster will get down in there.
How should i handle the badly pitted metal around the rear body mounts? The metal seems to be very firm despite the pits and one hole. I also need to do something with the hole for the body mount.
Any guidance and suggestions are appreciated-i'm sure there will be more questions!

thanks
