Body Lift question about steering

I am putting on a 2" Body Lift and I am wondering about the steering shaft. Stock power steering on a 75 manuel shift.

With the body lift, can I just pull off the rag joint and put a Flaming River Joint (from wildhorses4x4) in between the upper and lower steering shafts?

If not, would I need to buy a new lower shaft or what other options can I look into?

Thanks

I did not have to change anything when I did a 2" body lift on my 77 with power steering, automatic, rag joint set up.

You may have to extend the manual shifting linkage like I did on my auto but I don’t know much about the manuals.
