C-bushings have castor angles molded into them to rotate your axle by a varied amount.
If you don't have the proper castor angle, your bronco can wander or have "touchy" steering.

A dropped pitman arm is a remedy for bump steer, which is a different issue.

Ditto on the c bushings
As for drop pitman arm it really depends on the height of the lift and any other mods that have been done. usually only needed with 3.5in or higher lifts.

I agree but will add that a drop pitman arm may also cause bumpsteer and not just fix it. Depends on what else has been done to the front suspension.

In other words Josh, what all has been done to the Bronco so far? Lots of things contribute to touchy steering in a Bronco. Which probably qualifies as a slight understatement.
How much lift, if any? What are the current caster readings? If you've never had it on an alignment rack (just for a reading, not a full alignment), doing it beforehand is a good way to gauge which C-bushings might be best suited for your setup.
What year is your Bronco?
