looking for a obd-I laptop program

does anyone know of a obd-I laptop program to view all the parameters. i am looking to see what everything is doing such as voltage,temp,sensor parameters,etc. any help would be great. i have found g.m. programs for free but nothing for ford unless i have missed something. not looking for a scanner i have that already. looking to read data

Also, TwEECker can do data logging most of the time as well depending on what computer it is plugged into.

Also the old dealer tool that is a break out box and you use a volt meter probing pins while driving

thanks guys. i am looking into the moates. was not really looking to change the parameters. i am just looking to read them like a diagnostic tool that some one makes like snap-on but only for a laptop.
