Radiator upper mount?

It's been awhile since I removed the radiator and I don't have the original hardware. Am I supposed to be able to get an open end wrench in there because it would have to be a pretty small size to squeeze in there... or am I forgetting something?

It should be threaded so you just put the bolt in from the outside and tighten.
