Bronco all of a sudden is dieseling when I shut it off and it seems a little harder to start than usual.

Running a 351C and a 470 TA Holley carb. Could it just be a dirty carb issue?

Carb flooding or choke stuck as well as timing could all cause the issue.

Bad batch of gas could do it. Carb idling too high? That could be caused by the choke issue az was talking about, or it could be a stuck linkage. Can you tell if it's idling higher than normal?

Idel is normal, choke is electric and functional. I did get gas from a new place (Arco) this last time. I usually get 92 from Chevron. May try to clean with some carb cleaner.
