Windshield Hinge Seal,
where and how do I put this in. in the hinge?, Under?, Behind? What way is the flat part go or the “bead” part of it?

It goes in between the two halfs of the hinge. You should be able to see which way it goes when you fold the windshield down to replace it.

I saw some diagram somewhere that shows the bead pointing toward the hinge/hood.
With that said, when I installed mine the windshield frame had to be pushed down to close with the seal in place and it looked/felt like it was putting pressure on the hinge to part.
I ended up slicing the bead open so it could lay a little flatter.
Results may vary...
