As some of you know last spring we purchased a Torchmate 2x2 CNC plasma table. We started out making brackets and tabs for various rigs, but have since evolved into doing everything from wall art to wine racks to clocks. WE CAN CUT ANYTHING YOU CAN THINK OF.

We know with it being winter there are a ton of people (myself included) that are either rebuilding a rig or are planning a build for the year. We all know how frustrating it is to be in the garage with a grinder or a torch for hours trying to make something. Let us help you simplify the process.

Give us a call.

For just a few bucks we can make your bracket, tab, gusset, mount, or whatever it is you need and it will be what you actually WANT instead of just a piece that kinda gets the job done.

You can email us a picture or mail us a posterboard cutout, or just call us with some dimensions, and have your NEW part delivered in almost no time at all. We try to ship everything USPS Flat Rate so shipping costs are minimal. Pack as much as you can in an envelope or a box.

If you are local to Grand Junction, odds are you can get your part in an hour or two.

A couple of tabs out of the 5/8". Might have a few more pieces that would need to be cut from 1/2".

battlement - I need 4 d ring mounts that I will weld onto my bumpers similar to what is specified above in shape, but the hole is 7/8 and the thickness is around an inch. The shape outlined above is fine.

Just an example for folks, we created this from a drawing that was faxed to us. If you have an idea, share it with us and we can make it happen!

I assume that if I had a DXF file that would work for you? That would make it easy for us guys with access to CAD. Just a thought. ;D

Yes. DXF files make life easy :D

DXF is the best. However, we can take just about anything. We can import and trace drawings of just about anything. I have used a picture I took with my cell phone, and brought it in and traced it.

JPG, BMP, EPS, DXF, DWG, are the main formats, but we can import and trace just about anything.

the biggest thing if you send us a cad file, PLEASE make it in a 1:1 scale so we dont have to figure it out :D I had a customer who had someone else do a drawing and it was scaled very strange, almost like it was done without using real measurements, then had numbers added to it. In the end we had to ditch it and start fresh.
