Vent Window Rubber Install?

Trying to replace the vent window rubber weather stripping that came with the brass rivet like fasteners. Does anyone know what type of tool this takes so I can get the new ones reinstalled? Unfortunately I've already taken out the old ones, so its too late to turn back. Thanks

Use a flat surface on your vice with a leather glove for padding, and hit the top of the rivet with a hammer. That's how I did mine and how the guy that showed me how's done them for 40 years of hot rod building....
