Bounced into a boulder. Anyone have a source for armor that isn't $500.

that doesn't look like it'd be too bad of a home job to do. Are you willing to cut it out and patch in a new piece?

I would rather wrap it with something stronger. Want to prevent it from happening again on both sides.

Cut it out? Hell that just needs a little hammer and dolly work and it will be fine. No armor that is cheap without fitment issues.

I recently put these on from James Duff. They only are 1/8" but its better than nothing.

I also installed some of the upper quarter guards from PNWBronco so I ended up cutting off the top portion of the JD guards to make them work together. Here are some pics.

I'd say don't worry about. It adds character. By the small pic, it looks like a nice rig and that may not be the type of character you're looking for though.
