oil leaks

Im all most starting to believe you can never get rid of them all. I have the one piece reusable gasket, it leaks! Does anyone have any ideas on this. Thinking bout just replacing it with old style. The oil dipstick and tube go in the side of the oil pan, thought I had that but its starting to leak also.

Mine leaks out of every seal and there all new! The rear, tcase, trannie, motor, steering box, they all leak. My dipstick also leaks. Im gona drop the pan and weld it this winter.
