5.0 Swap Clutch and Flywheel Questions

I would think so.
We were just discussing this earlier, where the old stock "Long" style 3-finger clutch has a slightly different bolt pattern than the diaphragm style clutches often found on the later 5.0 engines. So the diaphragm type in your second shot, shown as fitting later 5.0's and 5.8's, is probably correct.
Wouldn't hurt to have someone double-check for you, but if the flywheel has the multiple bolt patterns (which it looks to have) that many aftermarket models do, you're more likely to have a good fit than if it's got one specific bolt pattern.
Even then though, I'd lay better than even odds that the two are compatible.
