I've seen that before..I can't remember where right now, but it would have been linked from this site. If I remember correctly this was made and entered into a contest which it won first place.

Yep, it's been posted here a couple of times. It was a contest where the participants had to create unique cases for a PC.

To my knowledge there is only one of them in existence.
