Coolant overflow bottle

Nope, don't matter.

I happen to use an Advanced Auto Parts coolant jug. Where are you thinking about mounting yours.

And on top of that, cut the hose at an angle, so when it sits at the bottom of your tank there is no restriction of flow.

As high as possible and as short a distance as possible to help the vacuum draw it in without taking on air bubbles after the system cools off.

I have an aftermarket one and I am thinking about mounting it where the windshield washer fluid resevoir used to be.
