motor mounts

guys
what is involved in motor mount replacement. do things need to be
disconnected? can you lift motor slightly to put in new ones? what is a good
replacement above stock for 1977 302?

p.s. urethane?? rubber??

A floor jack and 2x4 on the oil pan should give you enought room to change them. I went with the stock rubber ones with the steel interlock, about $20 each from the parts store.
