Freakin Tunnel Cover!!!!!!

Man this thing has been really hard!!!! I got all the door posts in, the floors are ready to be tacked in, but the tunnel cover is all jacked up. We are thinking of cutting it up and welding the seperate pieces in........any ideas or advice out there????:?

It's hard to see what's wrong in the pics. Is it too tall? If you trim it down make sure you still have clearance for the tranny and t-case.

Cutting it into pieces is what I'm going to do with mine. It'll be easier to fab up and a lot easier to get square. I'm in the same boat you are in except I have a little bit more to work with than you do. It would probably be easier too if you had the floor pans tacked in so you have those edges to help square things up. He is my battle: http://classicbroncos.com/forums/showthread.php?t=91870
I'll be starting on my tunnel this week, I got the floor pans made Fri and will be tacking them into place tommorow and starting the tunnel. Good luck!!
