It is hard to say
My K Bar S springs were a good 6 inches shorter than my cage springs, but it only lifted the truck a inch more. It all depends on how they are made, and the spring rate.

How much lift will 19.5 inch coils give. Or how long are 5.5 lift coils?

Depends on how soft the coil is.
When I replaced my Duff's 3.5" with Cage 3.5" the Cage springs were 2" longer unloaded, (sorry, I didn't measure them).
I called Cage thinking they had mistakenly sent me the 5.5"s. They said I had the right ones, and sure enough, when I installed them they were the right height.
Once I used them it was obvious how much softer they were. I had a lot more flex, (and body roll).
