I've got one I kept off of a '68 I had years ago, seems like a really strong winch! Saw one bring $600 on eBay recently (5687)

Wow!! I got mine for $160 plus a 42" light bar.

Any tips on powering this beast? Mine was missing the little module that the power cable connects to. I'm thinking i'll need a solenoid of some type and a push button switch. I'll run the brake and clutch cables to the cab as I still have that cable controller

Bought a used bumper, cleaned, painted, grinded, mounted welded and this is what it looks like 😊..

I still need ideas for powering it. What have you guys used to power your Warn 5687's?

Thanks pops. I spent like 4 hours this morning cleaning, painting, drilling, wilding, fitting to get it where it's at. I still need to mount the controls, wire it and weld on some nice D rings 😊

Nice poppaws. Just needs a little love and it'll be good as new!!! They may be old, but I think these winches are pretty cool
