Available now are a matched set of adjustable height bumpers for the Early Bronco in a Weld-It-Yourself Kit! These bumpers adjust for varying body lifts up to 2” and some minor body twist due to sagging body mounts or tweaked frame horns. The fronts have mounting provisions for the PIAA 530 LED lamps. They are packaged as a complete and ready to be welded bumper. The winch bumper is for winches of up to 10,000 pound capacity. All versions except the Street Series come with an optional 2” receiver, front and rear. All but the Street Series have optional pull points for D-Rings.

HD = Heavy Duty. Shell made from 3/16" steel. The center section plates where the hitches and or winches are mounted is all 3/8". They weight about 90-100 pounds each.
ND = Normal Duty. Shell made from 1/8" steel. The center section plates where the hitches and winches are mounted is all 3/8". They weight about 65-75 pounds each. Still very stout, but more aimed at the moderate to light off-roading crowd.

Each bumper will come with a printed assembly booklet containing step-by-step methods on assembly. The 2" receiver hitches are not weight rated and the bumpers are to be used for off road use only.

I can make any design or word of your choice in the center of the winch style bumper for an additional $30. The artwork will be verified prior to cutting, so you know what you're getting.

50% deposit required, sent to my PayPal account (the73turd at gmail dot com). Payment in full is required prior to shipping. Shipping will be quoted from the FedEx website and will be honored. Insurance is recommended but not required and comes at an additional cost. I will replace any part that is found to be faulty due to manufacturing defects. Replacement parts are available at cost should any parts be damaged at assembly.

Pay 100% of the bumper price at the time of order and I'll take 5% off as a thank you!! (cannot be combined with other deals or promotions)

Turnaround times are approximately 1-2 weeks from order as these are made to order. May take up to 3 weeks based upon material availability or other unexpected and uncontrollable delays. Pricing is based on the market cost of steel and are not guaranteed. Occasionally, pricing will have to be revised to reflect the costs of materials or manufacturing costs.

Is the front you want a winch version or non-winch?
Do you want the rear with or without the rear carrier option?
Did you want formed or plate style?

More pics/info on the tire carrier?

What are you looking for specifically?
It'll hold up to a 35" tire (Ford bolt pattern, 5 on 5-1/2) has a double locked over center latch and can either lay the tire down flat on the ground or up vertical (or any angle in between). Comes standard with Hi-Lift mounting provisions and all hardware.

Actually, that's exactly what I was curious about thank you! The only thing I would suggest you add is a picture of the tire carrier laying down on the ground, just so we can get a better feel for the design. Thanks!

Took today to update the front winch design based on a customers input on a future build. Lower front winch plate for better aerodynamics and improved frame mounting brackets.

Also took a screenshot of the rear with the carrier option.

FedEx has consistently come in at the lowest rate, so it's now the default for shipping. If you want something other than FedEx, please request that when you're asking for shipping quotes.

The 8274 formed design is complete. The center section is available in HD versions only due to the way the winch mounts. Wings are available in LD or HD versions. Pricing to follow soon.

(the "8274" won't be part of the bumper)

Hey Steve, Bumpers look awesome! 2 questions? are the driving light holes just cut out or is there a wall like in the first pic in post #10? And is it possible to see a side profile pic of the front? I was trying to get an idea of how far they stick out. Do the winch and non winch bumpers stick out the same distance?

Thanks Sean

The driving light holes are all the way through. The plate on the back is gone and has been replaced with a large tab on the top for bolt in a light. I feel it's a better design as air can pass over the light for cooling while allowing deeper lights to be used as well. I can post pictures tonight. If I don't have one of that area, I'm picking up at least 2 sets this weekend for some orders and will get some updated pictures then.

The winch and non-winch versions stick out at different distances. The winch version sticks out about 7-1/2" (don't quote me on that, I'm not near the truck). The non-winch version is about 5" away from the grille.

Great, Thanks for getting back to me. When you get a chance a pic of the side profile would be awesome just for the visual of the front bumper. Also, Just asking but pretty sure I know the answer to this one...lol Are the lights included in the price of your bumpers? Only asking cause yanno someone is going to sooner then later...

Thanks again.
