Gauge cluster refurbishing

I have a new wiring harness to install... with how these wires were cut is it going to mate up ok? I don’t want to waste either of our time if this gauge cluster is trash now.... thanks

Truthfully it looks to be in better condition than many. No rust is a good sign!
