THE JAMES DUFF MONSTER DISC BRAKE CONVERSION KIT

When it comes to strength and performance, we have you covered. The knuckles are stronger than factory, don't kick in against the wheel like the '76-77 knuckles do and the tie rod end comes pre-drilled for heim steer. For those wanting to run OEM steering we include adapter bushings.

This kit is designed for all Ford open knuckle Drum brake Dana 44's. It is a whopper!! It has everything you need to swap from drum brakes to disc brakes and I mean EVERYTHING. If there ever was a "but wait there's more" moment this would be it because we will soon be offering this kit with the upgraded T-bird caliper swap! No Chevy parts in this kit, just walk into any auto parts store and ask for 1976-77 Ford Bronco disc brake parts when its time to replace your wear items.

Note: Some of you know that we have been selling a disc brake swap kit for many years. That kit is still available however we have decided to take it the distance and make it as comprehensive as we can. Not only does this kit give you almost everything you need including tools but it also saves you almost $200 dollars by buying everything all at once. Notice we didn't include hub lock outs and we didn't because there are so many options out there including retaining your stock ones. We do offer them for an added cost.

Introductory price for this kit is $1,799 at this time it is not available online. to order it Please call the sales team Mon-Fri 10-6 EST 865-938-6696

Any idea when the third front brake kit will be available and how much?

We have everything to make that kit. Give us a call and ask to speak with Mike Wood about the T-bird Monster Disc brake kit.

I’m about to install this kit. Any known difficulties or issues? Anybody got a video of install?

I have shot the install video footage for this kit and it is A LOT of information. I decided to break it up into several videos. Some of the videos are on my youtube channel, Bronco Garage. Once all the videos are released I will have a directory to help people know where to start.

For now, check out the link below on how to install the knuckles.

Then the hub and rotor assembly.

Quick guide on how to manually bleed your brakes.

Hope that helps!

Don't forget to push the subscribe button while visiting the Bronco Garage so you get a reminder when the next videos come out and tell all your Bronco friends too!
