We played today while mom was away on a shopping spree with friends. We drove out to the friend’s camp. Cooked burgers and dogs. Walked down to the creek with bb guns. Checked the salt licks and deer tracks. Drove to the sandpit and shot a few rounds (bow still shoots accurately) Boy1 shoots the 20 ga for the first time. We drove back to the field and shot skeet with another family who shows up. Trusty 20 ga hits 14 of 15 clay birdies.

I get severe front end wobble on the drive home. darn if it didn't happen 6 times at 35 mph. I rotated the tires before we left home and I could feel it, but for the trip home i loaded differently, loaded more weight on the hitch-haul and gd it was bad. I will need to resort my bronco shopping list. Daddy needs a new pair of shoes.

I enjoy this board. It motivates me to work hard on my rig and compels me to share info and stories back with you. Weird stuff.

I get requests occasionally from people wanting more info. Below are some good posts.

I worked on the interior last winter. Still need to install a 3550 and line-x to call it complete. Body needs paint. Front is only a D30. I’ve got a Disk 44 sitting on jack stands in my garage but I’m thinking of waiting, saving and adding D60s. New shoes obviously are high priority, -having the darn death wobble. Engine, you guessed it, with edlebrock, holly, headers, ps. aftermarket air half installed (getting colder outside once again so its gonna take a back seat)
