Seat Options - Let's make a list
OK, seats are probably one of the most popular topics here on the forums. Every time the question comes up people post some great ideas; everything from junk yard gems to aftermarket choices.
So I've set up a Seat Options page to showcase several different seats, which will hopefully make it easier for others to see what they look like.
If you have a seat option you want to share please email me the following: - Picture(s) of your seats
- Year, make and model they came out of (or company and style if aftermarket)
- What you had to do to make them fit. (No big long discriptions. Just make it short and sweet)
- Any pro's and con's to them

Re:Seat Options - Let's make a list
Jon, Ill send you the info on my 93 Ecclipse seats. It may be a bit though. Ill do it as soon as I can. I sould probably be able to send some good picture too since I am taking them out and putting beards in. No that the eclipse seats arent good, its jus beards are better and I got a smoking deal. Hmm I guess I should take pitures of the beard installs too and send hose as well.

(year from) 88' STX Ranger??? (has electric Lumbar) (STX on the head rest)
(Fit) I'm not really sure since they had came with the Bronco, Although there is no welding done. Maybe a simple heavy made bracket (or old seat lower brackets) on both sides and new holes in the floor board.
(Pros and Cons) they sit lower than I like and I'm 6'2" but that can be easily fixed or matter of opinion. Its really too nice of a seat for 4 wheeling. They can get dirty easy or hard to clean due to the type of material. I plan on having them reupholstered with something UV rated and water replant like a Herculite type of material.
All in All they are very comfortable-

Do you mean they are too low for you? I wonder how that is! I am looking to get as low of seats as I can because I am 6'4"....!!!
Have a nice set that'll go in , just need to figure out the brackets...

Re:Seat Options - Let's make a list
I guess I'm use to sitting up higher in the old type of seats, there not low enough for vision problems of any kind for any height of person.
