• Be EXTREMELY cautious if someone offers to buy your Bronco for more than your asking price and sight unseen. ESPECIALLY if the buyer is overseas. It's probably a scam.

My son in law purchased a farm a short while ago. The seller had a 1979 bronco in the barn that he just used occasionally on the farm. He had purchased it from a small police dept. many years prior. It has 27,000 miles, original 351 and a low geared 3 speed auto trany which is also original. Original interior is pretty nice. It has some wheel well rust and some holes in the drivers side floor. The frame and undercarriage are in good shape. My issue is i do not know if there are any forums out there where one would try to sell a full size bronco of this era and no idea what these are worth. Any suggestions would be appreciated, thanks!

It looks like it has decent interior. Too bad it has so much rust. Another downside is the 203 full time 4x4 transfercase. I'd say it's probably worth around $1500

It's a cool truck but the rust is pretty bad on it. I see ones on CL here go for $2-4k with less rust and in driving condition.

I looked at a 79 in amarillo last spring, all original, all there, working a/c with zero rust for 6k
