What are the radius arm stubs from? I'm guessing something aftermarket. It doesn't look like something I recall seeing before.

I believe he ran cage long arms on the front.

No, he used those on his new 60. He welded a plate to the 60 tubes that the radius arms bolt to. Thatís why they are left in this axle.

Thought that might have been the case. I did the same on my 67 (using the Cage/Bloody Knuckle brackets) when the D60 went under it.
