First time CB owner having a 68 resto-mod for me. Need some objective perspective throughout the process. It's frame off and we are putting in a 5.0 liter mustang rebuilt engine. Running a 4R70W 4-speed auto transmission, borgeson power steering, wildwood power brakes, dana 44 on front/james on the back, atlas twin shift transfer, borla exhaust.

What else should i be thinking about???

If you're putting any kind of coating on the frame figure out you're suspension. You might want to have the shock mounts or any other welding done before they coat it. With things like the suspension check on here first before you purchase it so you don't get talked into buying unnecessary parts like double shocks or front hoops. Since its a frame off the 1" body lifts from wh are pretty nice to add a little clearance. For the brakes look into hydro boost instead of the vacuum style booster. You won't regret it. On the power steering upgrade to the Saginaw pump. Also you'll need the dual return steering pump if you go with hydro boost brakes
