• Be EXTREMELY cautious if someone offers to buy your Bronco for more than your asking price and sight unseen. ESPECIALLY if the buyer is overseas. It's probably a scam.

I'm selling my 68 two owner original wagon
Bench seat with bulkhead model
75000 original miles
Mostly original paint
Mild restoration of original parts
Retrosound stereo installed
White spoke wheels from 1979 Bronco installed
Original wheels included
Marti report with window sticker
Original 289 rebuilt and runs beautifully
New clutch
New master cylinder
Transfer case cleaned and rescaled
Both axles cleaned new seals and bearings as required
New factory style exhaust system
All brakes replaced

This as a barn find that was sold as part of an estate. This Bronco had sat in a shed on a farm for more than 20 years. The mechanicals were disassembled, cleaned, worn or broken parts replaced and then reassembled to factory specs. Care was taken to retain originality wherever possible. The original glass including windshield is still in the vehicle. Appraised at $28000 this is not a bush buggy or rust bucket.

Looking to sell. I have lots of photos covering the time I've owned this nice fairly original Bronco. Feedback is welcome.

It's never been repainted?

I think a $12 investment would go a long way here, post all the pics you got! Good luck

With the color matched top, I don't think the paint is original. For advice since you asked. You need better pictures including all of the problem areas. The doors not matching, stance and lack of details make it hard to justify $25k. At that kind of money, there is simply much better deals. The other thing with the early Broncos is the lack of options that most people want to have (upgraded) like power steering, power brakes, discs up front, +/- automatic, etc.

You seem to be using "originality" in the ad to justify the price. In that case, you should make it as original looking as possible. Get the doors painted, put the stock wheels and caps back on it, and think about painting the top back the original color. Those changes will payoff.

Paint works scares people on these "farm finds". Take pictures of the typical rust areas to show that it is rust free. That is going to be its best selling point.
