• Be EXTREMELY cautious if someone offers to buy your Bronco for more than your asking price and sight unseen. ESPECIALLY if the buyer is overseas. It's probably a scam.

Hello All,

I am in need of the transmission to transfer case adapter. My NP435 is from a 4wd Ford, so need the "A" frame style adapter. And if you need the C4 to Dana 20 adapter, I have one.

Thank You

I think I have one for you, just need to check the A pattern.

Update, mine is not the A pattern.

I think you can source the stub shaft from a 2 wd tranny.

You run your stock 3 speed spud shaft with the NP 435. You may have to trim the yoke/output shaft threads on the NP435 for clearance of the spud shaft. The only problem with the A pattern NP435's is that they commonly are the longer 4 wheel drive output shaft.

The 2 wheel drive NP 435 have a housing and yoke on the output shaft. The NP435 that has the single speed Dana 21 is essentially a 2 wheel drive transmission except it uses a a once piece shaft and gear that is not compatible with the Dana 20. Either one of these versions you use the stock Bronco spud shaft.
