Clean some rusty bolts. Sonic cleaner even has a heater and solution is non toxic.

Body repair due to some damage. Cut up some new panels to make it work. Kind of a waste, but looks ok.

Mocking and installing hydraulic clutch for ax15. Bought special rod end for late model f350. Modified length with sleeve. Mocked up hydroboost fire wall mount a clearanced it for reservoir. What I did not realize is the clutch pedal is the same as a brake pedal with a welded bracket. I just removed it and re drilled hole for bolt.

Mocked up fender flares, cut out rear. Lucky I'm no using auxiliary tank. These flares probably wouldn't work. Made plug for auxiliary fill hole.

Hydraulic clutch intalled. Had to modify bracket. Lenghen the push rod.

Hydroboost installed. I made a bracket for brake valve. Saw it at the last get together at wild horses. Learned how to make hp hoses. Hope they hold.

Bout some long tube headers off a local bronco guy. Tried them and wont fit. Had to order some shorties. Had to trim the right fender though.

Fired new motor up this weekend. Other than dizzy wires not counter clockwise and steering pump hose (braided) came loose shooting fluid every where, it was all good.

Thanks JG for the lesson on how to correctly make braided hoses....
