• Be EXTREMELY cautious if someone offers to buy your Bronco for more than your asking price and sight unseen. ESPECIALLY if the buyer is overseas. It's probably a scam.

Trying to get this out there so everyone gets a chance to see this beautiful 1972 Ford Bronco that I have on consignment.

BIG Price Drop!
In on consignment is this tastefully restored 1972 Ford Bronco! The current owner purchased the Bronco in 2015 in Texas with a few items done already. This includes the frame being stripped to bare metal, galvanized, zinc plated, and powder coated. Other items include the factory 302 beingbored out to a 309, rebuilding the C4 transmission, total repaint in gray, new soft-top, power steering, new dash, and even power windows and A/C! From there the current owner added all new Fi-tech fuel injection, power brakes, Toms Bronco Parts 3.5" suspension kit, full exhaust, neoprene seats, front and rear bumpers, Fuel 15" wheels and BFGoodrich K02 tires, Dakota Digital gauge, interior and exterior trim, LED lights, and all new wiring. The second restoration was finished in late 2016 and the Bronco has only had 631 miles put on it since then. With the fuel injection and ice cold a/c you really could drive this 1972 Ford Bronco daily. Don't miss the opportunity to own one of the best looking 1st generation Broncos around town! Owner is motivated to sell! Please PM or call and text for more info.

Price: Now $43,975

Always wondered if consignment fees were similar to auction fees, like 10%?

Just curious, nice looking Bronco good luck with sale

Most who consign vehicles charge that 10%, although it really depends on the value of the vehicle. We usually do a flat rate at our dealer of $1000-2 if it sells through us, but we’re a bit different than most when it comes to consignment.

Had a few leads, but nothing concrete. Convinced the owner to drop the price a bit and still open to all reasonable offers.

With all these bells and whistles, how does it handle highway speeds (75mph)?
Is there wheel wiggle?
How does the soft top come down, does it fold into place or is it disassembled like a Army GP Medium tent?

Handles high speed great for one of these things. The only thing lacking is gearing as it's still the C4 3 speed. And no wheel wiggle at all, it's solid. Soft top disassembles like a tent, just clips in place and has a few nylon straps.

Even better. I have a tough time deciding if I like these or a Land Rover better. Had a Defender 90 a decade ago with only 12k miles...before the boom. Go figure.

Hello,

Don’t pay too much attention to “ namrekcad”, he appears to be the know-it-all-that knows nothing. Lots of comments on pricing, but other than making spineless comments, I just don’t see what expertise he has? Does he own a fabrication shop? Speciality car shop?
Probably not.

Kinda like the guy that is all hat, and no cattle.

I guess “namrekcad” is the county idiot of classic broncos.

....just saying

Just found out through some paperwork that the frame has been stripped, galvanized, zinc plated, and then powder coated.

There's nothing quite like mods that are cool to do when building a car, but do absolutely nothing to add value to the price of a vehicle.

There’s also a buyer for any vehicle. Thanks for the input.

Yep, it's all about matching the tastes and price of a buyer and a seller. The two don't always align at the expectations of both.
