Hello all, new member and bronco owner. Picked up a 72 back on Feb 15, 2017 and dove right into the process, so many questions have already been answered just reading previous post. I look forward to going through the restoration and keeping up with all yours.

Not sure, from Louisiana so I was thinking no doors and bikini top build, but I've seen so many different set-ups now that I really like, I don't know what I want. For now gonna get the frame and body right and hopefully have settled on something by then.

Welcome and congrats on the 72, looks like a solid foundation for whatever you decide to do.

Nice, my 71 was that color originally. Your body appears to be in much better shape than mine was. Hopefully your progress moves faster than mine.

Finally some progress

Finally some progress to report, little more clean up, then I’ll start mocking up the right side. Looking forward to getting all those new pieces in place!

Progress is good! Be sure to triple check measurements and mock everything up before burning it in. Once you are happy with all the fit, brace the heck out of that thing. If it moves around during your welding you will fight body lines, door gaps, etc. Keep going, and keep posting pics of the progress! You'll be there before you know it!

Wowza, I think you're gonna win the Bronco "Git 'er Done" race! Great progress, nicely done! Creative use of engine stands! Seems you have some very solid wrench & repair experience. Welcome, now get back to work!!! Oh, maybe those aren't engine stands...…..
