I have seen this Bronco a couple of times on T Street in Washington DC.

It gets worse every time. Limited rubber and some see through panels.

Wasn't sure if the gas can inside was to get it to the next block or set it on fire.

Looks to be a '68 with rancher tire mount and windshield latch.

I lived over by U Street briefly when I first moved to DC for grad school. That rig looks mighty familiar. Sorry to see that it isn't getting any better.

It 100% better than rotting in a field somewhere. Top looks better than the one on mine. I really need to get the other top painted and put on.

Maybe they like driving it the way it is just to piss of all the liberals! I would put glass packs on it and set the timing just enough to backfire on command. Piss everybody in that town off enough, they would have to learn to work together at some point!

What kind of plate is that? Doesn't look like your average DC plate "taxation without representation...blah...blah..blah". Maybe veteran plate?

It was an "HMV" plate = Historic Motor Vehicle.

First time I have seen one in DC. I don't think most cars there ever make it to historical status.
