The Bronco now has a 2 1/2" dual exhaust with single chamber mufflers outside the frame rails. It sounds great.
We trailered it to it's first event, our local meet and great at Mission BBQ.
It should be on the road soon.

Still banging away on the early. Added more to the cage. Now the seats are mounted to the cage also. Shocks and Duff traction bars are done.

The early is now street legal. My buddy Mark and I carried the early's to a cruise in. It took us almost 2yrs. to get them built.
The brown primer has been replaced with Olive Drab.

when we went to the Roundup I was running a Holley 735 carb. We had issues on the trails with flooding. When we got back a buddy gave me a Holley 600. I rebuilt it using a Holley Trail Avenger kit, and an Avenger vent tube, removed the metering plate and replaced with a metering block. Last week we went to Chaos off road park. Carb. worked flawlessly.

Great to hear. Does it feel peppier from down low too, with the smaller carb?

Hard to tell from the pic, but it looks like your fuel inlet hose is swelling up. Could be the gas in your region's ethanol percentage maybe? Almost makes it look like you're using 5/8" hose on a 3/8" barb the way it expands before the carb.

It feels a lot peppier, I put the lightest secondary spring it doesn't bog it just goes. The gas line has been replaced with a metal line. The hose was temporary. because the 735 Holley had a dual feed line.
