• Be EXTREMELY cautious if someone offers to buy your Bronco for more than your asking price and sight unseen. ESPECIALLY if the buyer is overseas. It's probably a scam.

This is a clean original truck with 49,996 miles on it with the exception of the 351/C6 and a few other minor things. It runs like a clock.

I have the full history on it to those who are interested. It came from a potato farm in Idaho. The top on it has only been off it once, for painting I believe. Original color orange, only painted once to pearl white and quite poorly I have to say. No matter, this Bronco is not a rust bucket and is a candidate for a frame off, imo. This rig has never been in an accident. No bondo anywhere that I can see. Everything is as straight as a 42 year old vehicle can be. Bumpers uncut. Original Saginaw PS pump, original jack is still mounted on the fender well. I have neither the time or ambition to do another resto so I am going to sell it to someone that does.

I have been thru this Bronco head to toe top to bottom and corrected/replaced/renewed everything I saw that needed attention. All fluids have been replaced. All fuel lines have been replaced. Why didn't ford put a drain plug on the diffs???? No leaks except a small one at the rear of the engine pan. Just a few drops a day after driving. I think it's the drain plug. Trans pan inside was spotless. No clutch material, no metal.

May trade for cash and a towable 4x4 suv.

I just put a thousand dollars in tires on it. I could drive it from east coast to west coast without a worry, although I wont. I have the original steering wheel, back seat, spare tire assembly, etc.

PM if you are interested with a phone number. Peace

Chris

Here are two areas that are gagged. Neither one of them were my doing. Why anyone would cut a hole in the fender well is beyond me, but, whatever.

Update:

I'm donating my '75 280Z project car to my local high school and in return they going to fix the hood scoop. I may have them touch up a few other things while they have it.

Also, I may be open to a trade and cash. I bought a diesel pusher motorhome(another reason for selling the bronco, I need the room) and need a tow vehicle for it. What I'm looking for is just a simple 4 door, 4x4 that's in good condition. It has to be towable, i.e, a transfer case I can put into neutral. Something like a Geo Tracker or Suzuki or Jeep Cherokee. It must be in good mechanical condition and have good heat/ac. I'm looking at something between the 3 and 6k range.

Taking the pups out to your favorite quail hunting spot? Priceless!

When they see the gun case come out and the tailgate drops, you couldn't them out of there with a fresh steak bone :)

I took it out and washed it a couple weeks ago. First time in the 3 or 4 yrs I've owned it. DOH! It cleaned up pretty nice. There's actually a bit of shine still on the paint. Good ol' Bronco. I will miss driving it. Don't much care for working on it. Everything is so overly built. How many bolts to get the top off? Built Ford tough? It damn sure is. Took me darn near a week of evenings just to change the transfer case cross member bushings. What???

Thanks for all the comments and interest guys. I'm sure this truck will go to a good home.

The Bronco is sold. It's going to a nice home in So Cal.

I want to thank everyone on this forum who's helped me out over the last few years with info and help. Great forum here. I have total sellers remorse but at least it'll be in a place where it can be driven year round.

Thank you all and take care

Chris
