• Be EXTREMELY cautious if someone offers to buy your Bronco for more than your asking price and sight unseen. ESPECIALLY if the buyer is overseas. It's probably a scam.

I think its time to sell my super duty crew cab 4x4 short bed . 2000 with the 7.3. It has 180000 K miles on it and almost everything works. Power door locks need some work. Less than 7 K on a new set of Michelins. Truck has been kept up using synthect in the motor and trans. I have owned it since 2002. it was a lease turn in with 18K miles. it is an XLT with leather. I will post some pictures.

Yeah, I just got home from work. Going to clean it out and wash it. Then take some pictures. I also have a new carbon fiber dash for it. The old one is faded out and brittle. I may try and get that installed too.

Have you compared pricing? Maybe FL is cheaper but on the west coast that truck would probably bring 20k, the 7.3s with low miles really hold there value.

I have not checked the values. I am just going by what I think it is worth. But thanks for the heads up.

Pictures soon.

Whoo Hoo. I'm a freeking genius. Last picture you see clear coat pealing. It's on the drivers fender top side. This fender is not original. It had to be replaced after a tire exploded doing 70. It looked like nascar when the tread takes off the fender. I put a new ford fender on it and had a local paint shop paint it. 9 years ago. Cheap clear coat is the only way to put it. I had him re clear the fiberglass running boards and flairs. They are also starting to peal some. The rest of the trucks paint is fine. Tires are 6 months old Michelins. The truck is in good shape.

No when I moved about 4 years ago it got put inside at our new place. I think the 30 years in the junkyard didn't do it any favors.

How about a trade... straight up?

What are you considering buying when you sell it Bax? I've got a '99 7.3L that I'm on the fence about selling. Just rolled 181K this past weekend. I've been looking at switching to the 6.2L in the newer SD's, just can't convince myself that I'll like the gas after having the torque monster for so long.
