Come take a look at this “garage find”. It’s a 1970 Ford Bronco #J43776 with under 75,000 miles. It has a hand full of upgrades.
* Rear fender flares
* 15x8 US Mag Indys polished (new)
* 31x10.5x15 BFG T/A KM2 (new)
* Over $4000 in new parts from WH
Everything works on this survivor Bronco. Every light, gauge, sending unit, EVERYTHING! It still has original “FORD” Muffler and exhaust. This is a rust free truck, one of the best we have seen.
* Original 3 on the tree
* Dana 20 T-case
It had ugly carpet glued to the floor when we got it so we pulled it, prepped and painted the interior floor and wheel wells. The floor looks like new! If you are interested you need to come check out this time machine. (By appointment only)

This Bronco is offered for sale at $29,500 by WILD HORSES MOTORS INC. We are a licensed CA auto dealer. Because of our affiliation with WH4x4 all options and upgrades are available for additional cost. Shown by appointment only. Please email your phone number and good time to call to whmotorsinc@gmail.com

Also feel free to ask questions in this thread. Thanks for looking.

Jim

It's "R" Yucatan Gold

To me it's yellow other people see it as a green. 998 1970s were painted this color according to the Marti report.

Is the outside paint original or repainted?

I would have to say mostly original with a few small scratches. I see a few signs of work. Passenger side front may have had a fender bender some time ago. I base that on a wave in the inner wheel well.

I did paint the under side of the hood because it was just old and ugly especially on the battery side. It's not perfect but It looks 98% better than what it was.

For a 46 year old Bronco this is by far one of the nicer ones you will see.

Thanks. For me "survivors" have to have original exterior paint, that said it is a real nice looking Bronco and good luck with the sale.

Beautiful bronco, when can I drop mine off for some work. :p

Hmm, is there an objective definition for a 'survivor'? My driver side fender (and possibly door) has been repainted a long time ago - but the rest is original.

I always wonder, is 'survivor' status worth poor original paint condition?

Twenty years ago if you owned a survivor with poor paint people would ask "when are you going to restore?" Now they ask "are you going to restore it?".
